hey there peoples its just me checkin in on the old lj... its late and i cant sleep cause i drank too much coffee just a few hours ago so i thought id let everyone know whats up in the week of bela... first of all today work was slow and boring and i had to work till 8... the only good thing about the day was i won tickets to see the curiosa festival!! i am a big fan of the new auf der maur record so i signed up for her mailing list.. next thing you know i got an exec from capitol calling me up saying i won 2 tickets and they will be in the mail to me wednesday! so thats cool and all the show is on thursday so thus starts the week of rock and roll for me!! thursday we got curiosa with such acts as muse, auf der maur, interpol, and the cure of course... then on friday the show of all shows the king of all kings... SPONGE.... LOCAL FUCKING H.... AND THE PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!! that has to be by far the best lineup ive seen these past few years.. all these bands need to tour together and fast!!! anyways thats gonna rock my world then to cap off that amazing lineup theres a late show at the bottom lounge with none other then the BURNING BRIDES!! its 18+ ( sorry kiddies) and thats gonna be AMAZING as always when i seen them at the double door last time it blew my mind!! then on saturday we got the indie rock snorefest with such acts as the walkmen (who are they??) death cab for cutie (pukes....) and you guessed it kids...modest mouse (who booked this crap??) that should be a big old scenester celebration in which im screaming
you suck!" at i came here to rock out not float on mother fuckas!!! caviar is playing the second stage that day i might go check them out.. i been meaning to so nows my chance i guess... then on sunday im sure after all that inspirational rock and roll music we will jam at felix's house and have a blast!! argh almost 4:30am dont wanna work tomorrow or ever lol im gonna bring my laptop to this weeks jam session and maybe throw up some lo fi recording of the stuff we got so far lol cause im so hip like that!! :) anyways check out the show this friday either sponge/h/presidents or the burning brides you wont be let down by any of these bands take my word for it and hey if you are ill buy you drinks till your in love with them!! so yea peace people and dont forget to rock out with your cock out!!

It's 3am and im still awake.. so i figured hey why not let everyone in on whats going on in the wide world of bela!! today i jammed again with nick and felix in felixs basement which is the new jam spot for now and were making a lot of progress we all walked in with some ideas and what not and were coming up with tsome very fresh expermental stuff and i hope to have some sort of recording soon so everyone can check it out... its nothing like anything ive ever been a part of before it has an atdi/refused kinda vibe to it with some stoner rock and punk infulence i dont really know how to explain... but yea in other news im going to see sonic youth thursday!!! that should be a wild time indeed then on friday felix celebrates his 21st birthday and were throwing him a pretty rockin party on central park and lawrence... if anyone would like to stop by and drink. smoke, party, dance, or wish the boss (felix) a happy b-day call my cell 1-773-710-0123 and i will give you directions anyone is welcome.. if i like you foo!!!! so yea otherwise not too much to say.. nite nite!!
